Gerard Pique has been under a lot of pressure in recent months and even more so since he returned to the spotlight following the release of the song that Shakira dedicated to him.
The ex-footballer has become the centre of attention of the media and paparazzi, something that is sometimes making him lose his patience, as has happened with Jordi Martin, who has uncovered some of the details of the Catalan’s life and has openly shown his support for Shakira.
Martin recently made it public that Pique follows his networks very closely.
“My best friend is watching me,” he wrote.
The former Barcelona player’s response was not long in coming and he left her a controversial message: “Stop taking drugs. Cocaine is very f***ed up.”
Martin also reacted to Pique’s response, although he ended up deleting it. What he said must not have pleased the Catalan.
“I don’t tag you and you react. You look at my stories constantly, half the world hates you and you only reply to me with something that you shouldn’t get into,” Martin said.
“Maybe there is something that worries you and you don’t want it to come out in the world? Will your girlfriend be wearing (horns emoticon – implying infidelity)? Ai, ai, ai…”
We don’t know if the war between the two will continue on social media, but in the meantime Pique seems to be focused on his new relationship with Clara Chia, with whom he has no qualms about appearing in public with.
In fact, he made it official in his latest instagram post with an image of the two of them.
